[Recruitment] EIY Public Speaking Instructors for Adults & Pre-teens

We're searching for engaging, committed, experienced Public Speaking instructors for both kids and adults with at least 3 years of Public Speaking. This is part-time position.

Here is job description:

1. Responsibilities:

- To use EIY Public Speaking teaching templates, materials & apply in your class preparation.

- To be at the class at least 15 mins before the class starts.

- Create an EIY core-valued class: learners-centric, practical, engaging & activities-based lesson. In addition, students have opportunities to practice what they have learnt.

- Prepare lesson plans at least two days in advance and inform coach assistant for lesson preparation and ensure related parties understand how to collaborate in the class.

- Plan and delegate tasks among coach Assistants such as home challenge check, announcement, attendance track, materials printing, coaching, warm-up session, individual progress reports…

- Be mainly responsible for class qualities and class challenges.

- Fill in final learners’ progress report for each learner and send to coach assistant to send to learners.

- Support coach assistant to mark homework if they are overloaded.

- Update the class status such as learners’ attitude, participation, level, to Class Manager if asked.

- Coordinate with coach assistant, class management, students and clients to solve the challenges if happened.

- Cheer-up leader for communication channels: encouraging, motivating, reminding, sharing, …via different communication channels such as Facebook, email, phone…

- Attend academic team meeting (1 hour) if requested.

- Make sure class conduction process is implemented fully by instructor and coach assistant.

2. Working hours:

- Will be informed when having interview.

- Number of teaching hours/ month: 16-64 hours

4. Requirements:

- 3-year Public Speaking/ Communication training experience.

- Dedicated, passionate, professional, engaging trainer.

- Train the Trainer/Coach certificates.

- Or advanced Communicator awarded by Toastmasters.

- IELTS at least 7.0
