MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Professionalism and friendliness
You take pride in making sure the center is run professionally with a friendly attitude
Customer services
- Manage and keep the center run up to eSpace’s standard and principle
- Handle reception duties, receive phone calls, mail and parcels
- Arrange meeting room booking, sending confirmation email
- Control and take responsibility of the reception area
- Make sure customers consider and comfortably follow center regulation
- Actively receive feedback from customers and handle customers’ complaint properly
- Organize activities for communities under the guidance of community manager
- Actively facilitate a harmonious and fruitful connection among community members
Sales support
- Guide walk-around tour for new/ potential customers
- Keep the centre “show-ready” by ensuring common area prepared for the next guests
- Propose and discuss with community manager for contract renew with customers
- Assist community manager to prepare sales kits, prospecting sales and other activities
Operation support
- Support customers’ move-in & move-out process
- Manage items to be delivered to customers: room key, parking cards, locker key,…
- Manage and making monthly order forms for items served to customers such as tea and coffee, stationeries, toiletries, etc…
- Ensure the center is neat, clean and good for use by regular checking around the center
- Participate in weekly team meeting and report all pending issues to manager

- Ability to maintain a good mood when in the front desk position
- Good command of English
