MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• Handle shipments from Origins to destination. Co-operate with relative parties to make sure all shipments are shipped as contractual quantity/quality/period/ destination, without delay. Full set of document must be sent to client/warehouse/bank on time & correctly.
• Working on Trading sheet (TS). Enter new contract/ amended contract/ fixation on time & exactly as per TS. Send contract/fixation by email to right recipient. Send Daily business recap.
• Bonded WHSE - stock control. Follow closely with suppliers and warehouse to make sure punctuality & accuracy of all activities such as: sending Delivery Instruction, bank release, payment …
• Make allocation for Sales & Purchase contract in system.
• Daily update shipment detail in system.
• Send daily payment request so that payment is made on time to suppliers.
• Solve problems relating to claims (weight claim, quality claim, late shipment claim …)
• If there is any trouble in work, have to coordinate and work with relevant parties to settle.
• Other tasks assigned by management and Head office.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• Degree, preferably in Foreign Trade.
• Min 3 years’ relevant experience in Logistics.
• Green coffee experiences are advantage.
• Good English and computer skill.
• Can-do attitude, solving problem skill, can work under pressure.
