1) Public Relations Prompt and close follow-up on press queries. Executes delivery of PR Samples to press in tandem with PR Calendar. Foster excellent rapport with the press. Maintains media contact list and updates regularly. Administer PR inventory- ordering, tracking and storing. PR Samples and Freight charges tracking to ensure that inter-co billing is accurate. Consolidation and tabulation of monthly PR coverage including media clipping archiving. Prepares PR Clippings for Quarterly Press Submissions to New York Assists in PR Activities tracking via the Master PR/ AR Calendar for APAC Monthly Activities Reporting 2) Special Events a. Special Events Execution Executing of Special Event in accordance with the guidelines and ensuring the highest of standard in delivering to end consumer Executes the preparation of Special Events in areas that includes catering, model castings, setups, and logistical arrangements that involve parties such as suppliers, show choreographers, etc. Communicate with the stores on Special Events matters with timely email notifications to inform and assist to inquiries by Store Managers. Sending out notification emails to Retailers and Mall Management for event set up and contractor security clearance and other special requests pertaining to the use of Retailers and Mall space. Charge out props and event materials from the Hub and co-ordinate the delivery to and fro the stores. Taking charge of invitation RSVP pre-event and to man reception booth during events. Disseminating Special Events related materials such as customer giveaways to stores and the delivery of Special Event Kits to event location. Assists in post-event wrap up and co-ordinate the delivery of event kit back to Office b. Special Event Administration Assists in the stock keeping of the Special Events Kit Cupboard Performs Event Kit checks during receipt and return post-event. Assist in the Event Kits maintenance including sending costumes to alteration and cleaning services when required. Tracking of Special Event Kit Incoming and Out-going and keeping records and related paperwork. Assists in Shipping /Logistical related activity and to bill relevant parties on shipping charges of Event Kits 3) Administrative supports Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Prepare and follow up on T&E claims Update and maintain a filing system Where necessary, assist the Brand Manager in preparation of sales reports and marketing presentations. Assist Retail Operations in the Daily Sales Report Collection/ Stock book consolidation/Tester Returns. Assist in collecting and preparing monthly sales and marketing reports. Key office contact person to support the retail field teams and retailers on requests pertaining to Retail Operations matters, whenever the Retail Operations Manager is out in the field. General Sales Administration support. Assist Trainer in preparation of training materials. Responsible for general brand administrative support such as requisition of office stationery, follow up on checklist for new office hires, coordination of centralized courier services, maintain centralized filing system, general corporate affairs, etc. Competitors’ tracking. Customer database update and follow-up with stores. 4) Other tasks assigned by Brand Manager

Education: A minimum university degree with 2 years of relevant experience Job-Related Skills: - Good coordination skills and able to work with minimal supervision i.e. able to work independently - Good working knowledge of computer software (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Numeric ability is essential.
