Provide technical support and troubleshooting via email, live chat.
Collect customer compliments and complaints, ensure resolution, documentation and follow up by communication with internal and external partners.
Train, and develop Customer Service Team around the world (mainly in North America, EMEA and APAC regions).

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Must have
Passion to deliver a world class customer experience.
Native or near-native English and strong Western cultural knowledge (IELTs 7.0 or above). Proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is a big plus.
Experience interacting with customers in some capacity (either via phone, chat, in person, etc.).
Technically savvy: comfortably navigate in a fast paced, technical environment. Ability to sort out how technology works when things go wrong.
Nice to have
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong relationship builder with both internal and external customers
Knowledge to adapt your approach depending on customer communication styles
Exhibit the behavior of listening more than you speak
Virtue of patience and ability to remain calm under stress
