Be helpful and respectful to the teachers and the students.
Monitor the students to make sure they follow the tasks given by the teachers.
Encourage and assist students to complete the tasks individually and independently.
Assist teachers with setting up the classroom according to the teacher's requirements.
Supervise the class on test days, when the teacher is conducting speaking tests outside the room.
Establish good communication with the teachers. Share feedback on the lesson when appropriate.
2. To assist the schools with supervising their students.
- Take attendance (according to the schools' requirements).
- Immediately report serious students issues to Atlantic staff
3. To assist Atlantic with reporting about the teachers
- Immediately report serious teacher issues to Atlantic staff (lateness, inappropriate behavior, ect.)
- Provide additional, honest feedback on teachers' performance as requested by Atlantic staff.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Recent university graduates, current university students.
- Good level off English and Vietnamese (minimum B2/IELTS 6.0 overall)
- Previous experience as a teacher or teaching assistant would be an advantage
- Professionalism and responsibility.
