• Assist in the hiring process.
• Prepare and type documents relating to the status and movement of the employee.
• Prepare and type letters and memo as requested.
• Maintain employees' record.
• Check and Validate the time attendance card.
• Key-in employee data into the HR System.
• Assist in employee relation activities.

• Last year or recent graduates in any related fields
• Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
• Computer literate Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Encourage a dynamic mindset and creative in events.
• Knowledge in Photoshop, AI, Canva, basic graphic design is an advantage.
