• Sourcing and purchasing customs, inland trucking and value added service around of Vietnam.
• Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of buying rate to ensure a good rate supply to meet Local Product requirement.
• Maintenance and update list of approved vendors/ suppliers and evaluate suppliers according to their performance.
• Searching for new inland vendors/ suppliers and maintaining good relationships with existing inland vendors/ suppliers to generate better purchasing/ payment conditions with them.
• Participate in any meeting to maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders/relevant department for tenders/ project and daily requirement.
• Make cost comparisons and provide buying costs to Local Product.
• Provide sourcing recommendation lists after negotiations and consideration.
• Maintain supplier/vendor and commodity buying lists.
• Prepare and review contract with vendors/ Suppliers bidding process.
• Any other admin tasks, as required.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• The ideal candidate holds a Business Economics; Foreign Trading or Transportation Economic.
• The candidate possesses strong analytical skills and has experience developing procurement strategies and able to handle larger negotiations
• Experience doing procurement in or project management in inland transportation and Customs house broker is a strong advantage
• Experienced in procurement in a leading company will be a plus.
• Strong contract skills to maximize the outcome of contracts and negotiations
• Strong understanding of products, market prices of related supplies and its sources, in local market
• Market intelligence/Feasibility study, willing to learn
• Negotiation, cost & material analysis, creative & logistical thinking, problem solving, report writing. Team building and management skills.
• Fluent English speaking & writing
• Good command of MS Word, Excel, Power point and Vison
• Pro-active and adaptable.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, dedicated to work
• Integrity, honest, customer service oriented, result driven
• Travelling is a requirement
Nice to have
• Logistics industry experience.
• Materials, Equipment, machines, tools Warehouse Purchasing experience.
