· Manage & work with Directors/ Managers/Senior Research Executives and other Supporting Teams to ensure prompt delivery of service to the responsible clients including Project Management, Report delivery/Presentation.
· Functional / Technical:
Manage Research projects of all methodologies and all project phases.
Design research materials, such as questionnaires, discussion guides, to collect data
Manage data quality issues by overseeing data inquiry process.
Provide value-added analysis to solve Business questions & Marketing challenges from clients.
Support and work on the report delivered to clients.
Recommend improvements in work processes within or without area of responsibility.
Keep learning up-to-date knowledge on Business, Marketing & Research.

· Freshly graduated from universities.
· Orienting in developing a career in Research & Innovation or Marketing or Business Consultant.
· Having ability to stay attentive to projects.
· Having good interpersonal skills, analysis skills, & project management skills.

· Excellent in handling multi tasks, good ability to work under high pressure.
· English is required, fluent in speaking and writing.
