1. Events Management:
Support developing strategies and executing Engagement as well as Recruitment/ Partnership community events of Cinnamon.
2. Social Media: Support creating and executing social media campaign to promote Cinnamon employer branding
Support managing Cinnamon Facebook Fanpage, enhancing audience interaction and experience.
Generate social media content to boost Cinnamon employer branding
Generate photos, videos relating to Cinnamon internal/external activities.
Write/support writing high-engagement social media content to reflect Cinnamon culture/values.
3. Other HR activities (Recruitment, L&D, GA, etc. upon requested and your personal career interest).

Have passion for Marketing/Branding/HR
Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
People oriented individual who enjoy working with people or having desire to unlock others’ potentials
Have interests with high-technology trending
Quick learner and willing to work under demanding and challenging environment
Experiences in HR/PR/Marketing/Event/Community building is an advantage
Plus:
Photo & Video editing skills.
