Learn how to Handle Reserve in an effort to reach the hotel revenue target.
Maintain all the reservation documents well organized so it can easily be retrieved when needed.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team when sending quotations.
Ready to demonstrate its contribution when asked to do the job on demand management.
Ensure the administrative system is done properly.
Ensure cleanliness and area reservation and provide good service and privileges to achieve the level of guest satisfaction.
The communication directly with the guests must be performed in a professional and sustainable manner. All correspondence must be answered within 24 hours at the latest.
Maintain a good name and build a good relationship with guests and partners.
Ensure confidentiality regarding customer information and payments when dealing with email.
Update hotel information: daily events, promotions, special packages to be delivered to guests.
Ensure that all guest requests when making the reservation handled correctly
