In this role you will be trained to:
- Contribute continuously actionable, measurable content ideas to support team in achieving performance targets;
- Continually test and track to ensure continual growth and performance improvements by the outcomes of:
Fitness trial offer & promotional programs based on discussion with marketing stakeholder
New content marketing tactics and strategies based on data-driven insights and research;
- Manage content of all online marketing channels (including but not limited to Facebook, SEM, Zalo, GDN, YouTube ads)
- Manage, test and optimize content of ads creative assets to maintain high action rate of ads viewers;
- Manage, test and optimize content of ads landing pages to maintain high conversion rate of paid traffic;
- Manage Facebook ads campaign at basic level to promote timely Brand awareness campaigns based on discussion with marketing stakeholders;
We encourage you to:
- Work closely with Creative team to develop engaging and relevant visuals for online marketing campaigns to contribute significantly to growth targets;
- Work closely with Telemarketing & Brand team to collect customer behavioral insights to optimize lead quality across online marketing channels;
- Work closely with our Data Analytics team to troubleshoot and develop content action plans to overcome growth challenges;
- Live a strong performance-focused culture that identifies with the overall company vision.

- University degree strongly preferred, ideally in related fields
- Full-time working
- Knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation is a plus;
- Open-minded vision and fresh, creative ideas;
- Highly performance-driven mindset;
- Business acumen is strongly preferred
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese;
- Problem-solving skills and long-term mindset;
- Challenge-conquering attitude with opportunity-focused perspective
