- This position is open to college/university students.

DESCRIPTION:

- Conduct profiling to find customers’ contact details.

- Cold call people using a given phone directory to introduce company and offered products, services.

- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, and present their benefits.

- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.

- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.

- Keep records of calls and customers’ contact details and useful information.

- Call customers to invite to events of company.
