- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Contribute to the maintenance of the product architecture
- Other tasks as assigned by manager

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field is preferred
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into understandable documentation for end users
- Ability to independently research deeply into related subject matters
- Excellent writing skill in both Vietnamese and English
- Familiarity with office suites (Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
- Previous experience with documentation platforms is an advantage
- Ability to use image and video editing softwares at a fundamental level
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development is a plus point
- Meticulous, open-minded, organized, capable of working under pressure
