- Manage Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the business and develop resourceful strategies.
- Manage training plan to ensure to implement training activities as business plan and within training budget.
- Design training programs, and partner with vendors on development/approach to custom training
- Orientation training for new employees.
- Cooperate with Headquarter to support development of the learning management system.
- Cooperate with Recruitment team to promote employer branding activities.
- Coordinate and schedule in-person training sessions
- Prepare materials and oversee logistics for training activities.
- Partner with the HR analytics team on L&D reporting and measurement
- Conduct Internal Training for some basic skills.
- Be in charge of Key projects from Department & Headquarter such as Talent review, training, development & succession planning.
- Write/Modify SOP/Policies related to Training & Development
- The other task according to HR Head of Department.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Excellent at Ms Office skills (especially Ms PP)
- English competency is a must. Be able to conduct a presentation in English.
- Experience working with/administering a learning management system
- Experience coordinating and developing training within an organizational context
- Experience running a training needs assessment and/or designing skills assessments
- Knowledge of key talent management & OD models and industry trends
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels and diversify of departments in the company
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
- HR local Law knowledge
