Job role Take the main responsibilities about Talent Acquisition activities and make the strategic and action plan aligned with HR & business strategy.

1. Working closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role;

2. Research and build new talent acquisition tools/ ideas to remain on the sustainability recruitment;
3. Coordinate with Head Department to build Job description/ KPI/ Test for each position, update, and change;
4 Build potential candidate bank, work, and maintain good relationships with different recruitment channels and headhunt firms to get good recruitment services, and qualified candidates
5 Designing, planning, and executing recruitment and selection processes (e.g. screen CV and conduct interviews, administer tests (if any), offers, onboarding, coordinate with Hiring manager to build & evaluate a probationary program, etc)
6 Provide recruitment status reports to Manager and analyze recruitment metrics, developing action plans based on results;
7 Performing employee satisfaction assessments and workshops and recommending measures to improve employee retention
8 Planning procedures for enhancing the candidate experience
9 All other duties as required by the line manager

Kiến thức & trình độ chuyên môn Knowledge Bachelor’s : - degree in Human Resources or similar field.
Kinh nghiệm /Experience:
- 5-7 years full cycle recruitment in FMCG companies required

Competencies required for the job:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
- Ability to think critically, strategically, and creatively to problem solve and effectively communicate possible solutions and improvements to programs, processes, and initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building skills within the department, across departments, and externally.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-service attitude
- Positive, professional disposition and flexibility to handle regular interruptions and unexpected changes to workflow.
- Good at English (both speaking and writing)
Điều kiện làm việc
Working condition: Based in Ha Noi Office & travel to Thai Nguyen Head Quarter as required

Gross salary: VND 25 mil – 30 mil per month
Bonus: 13 salary bonus guarantee, Performance bonus twice a year (Sept March next year)
Holidays: 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), National holidays, New Year holidays
Paid leave: 12 days per year
