1. The Role:
- Responsible for coordinating assigned SI project tasks.
- Responsible for technical presales support.
- Responsible for effective provisioning, operation, installation/configuration and engineering/maintenance of systems hardware/software/related infrastructure
- Responsible for ICT system maintenance support
2. Key Responsibilities
- Rollout and deployment:
• Configure and install computer systems (set up and configure OS, middleware, software…)
• Create manuals and detailed sets of instructions for ICT system/software
• Perform software applications and systems test (System test, Integration test, UAT)
- Maintenance of computer systems and solution
- R&D for new technology based on new requirements
- Implement other assignments from Manager
- Further details to be discussed via interview

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

1. Experience requirements:
- 1+ year experience of SI fields experiences in ICT company
- Hardware (Server, Storage, Network, and Camera - VMS...), OS, middleware, ICT solution skills
- Has experience in participating in the projects with applying technical background as graduated (1~3 SI implementation projects)
2. Background & Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Engineer’s Degree in ICT specialist
- Technical skill: Hardware, Networking, OS, Middleware installation, configuration, tuning and maintenance
- Basic knowledge of Shell/batch scripts, SQL Query
- English: TOIEC at least 450
• Technical document reading, writing
• Response for email and confident in basic communication
