Job Description

- In charge of all technical & process matters relating to production.

- Production, printing, finishing's process design and improvement;

- Standard operational procedure (SOP) design and improvement;

- New product's process assessment and follow-up;

- Arrange and coordinate production trial for quality/process improvement;

- Raw material test and NMR follow up;

- Maintain production BOM system.

- Handling and report monthly machine status Daily control machine status

- Planning training plan for new comers

- Plan and update weekly consumable status

- Coordinate with R&D team and Platform team on Technical issue, CCR and quality issue.

- Build up the technical team to be strong on skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing or related fields

- 2 - 5 years of working experience in relating positions

- Strong sense of responsibility, good customer service mindset and excellent communication skills;

- Able to work well under pressure

- Able to communicate in English

- Flexibility for trouble shooting
