- Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the VISE Hospitality's (Envy, Qui, Ascott Venues) marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.
- Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications and public relations.
- Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the organisation.
- Develop Strategy, Yearly Budget, Sponsorship, Brand Guideline, Long term & Short term plan for each brands.
- Evaluate Market Forecast.
- Training, maintaining and recruiting marketing staffs.
- Building the marketing structure and set up.
- Set target KPI and monitoring.
- Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of the brands through various goals and objectives.
- Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Prepare and adhere to budgets.
