JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinate with consultants in helping to make profile plans and approach customers effectively.

• Understand the overview of program conditions, each stage of the application process and the main requirements of records to advise customer during the process.

• Follow up the client during the processing

• Analyze, evaluate and find the best solution for customer records in order to meet requirement of immigration programs; contact and guide customers to provide documentation in a timely manner

• Making cash flow by excel file and provide solutions from cash flow to meet requirements

• Filling the information in the form of immigration and prepare relevant disclosure statements, forms.

• Keep contact and handle the files under the direct instruction from the attorneys.

• Keep track of each file’s procedure and report to the manager.

• Making a plan to finish the work properly according to deadline

• Regularly update the latest immigration form from the official government website

• Work with immigration lawyers to ensure the highest success for customer’s application

• Work with external partners in the process of completing the documentation: banks, appraisal and audit companies.

• Complete the form and prepare other visa application (visitor visa, work permit visa)

• Give suggestion and comments to enhance the quality of work and complete the work process

• Training, guiding and evaluating the performance of Junior team members

• Sending work progress report to team leaders and manager.
