Planning quarterly bank payments, planning to exchange USD when needed or requested.
Checking the quarterly cash plan and updating monthly arising amounts outside the quarterly plan.
Carrying out foreign payment orders and notifying planned and unscheduled bank orders.
Balancing and adjusting cash flows.
Monitoring payable debts, checking information and content of sales contracts and related documents
Exporting output VAT invoices
Classifying, tracking and collecting input VAT invoices
Preparing a detailed list of VAT and WHT payable, monthly.
Declaring and paying VAT, PIT, WHT monthly and quarterly.
Making annual CIT reports and settlements.
Accounting for tax books according to regulations and rules of current law and the Company's rules and proposing accounting and document processing options appropriate to the company's situation.
And other related jobs will be discussed in detail during the interview.

College/ University graduated with an Accounting major.
Having at least 3 years of experience in Accounting, a deep understanding of accounting and reporting standards.
Logic, critical thinking, willing to deal and fix with messy processes/workflow to enhance effectiveness.
Meticulous; carefull; ability to complete jobs to meet deadlines; teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Excellence at Microsoft Excel/ Word.
