$$$REQUIREMENT:

* Owed BA Degree

* Understanding of or experience within English Language Teaching sector

* Direct sales and telesales experience is preferred

* Excellent communication, observation and presentation skills, able to influent people with different learning styles

* Self - driven, result-oriented with a positive outlook

###JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Responsible for preparation of training materials (contents, resources, excercises and translation)

* In-charge of all sales training sessions for Academic Consultants, ensuring their skills and knowledge are enhanced to maximize sales volume and revenue and follow-up them at the Centers.

* Maintains excellent communication with Area Directors, Center Managers of all centers to receive feedback and deliver consultation along with determining training needs at each center.
