? GrapeSEED Vietnam is hiring for the following jobs in HCMC and Hanoi to start on March 1st, 2021:

? Sales Representative (HCMC) – 2 new staff

? Sales Representative (Hanoi) – 2 new staff

? Trainer (Hanoi) – 2 new staff

1️⃣ SALES REPRESENTATIVE (HCMC & Hanoi)

? Required Skills

• English – Very Good

• Vietnamese – Fluent

• Must be professional, positive, responsible and maintain a high level of integrity

• Good presenting skills

• Ability to build a rapport with potential customers

• Knowledge of issues and methodology related to EFL

• Being on-time and flexible to accommodate changes in customers’ schedules

• Must be competent with MS Office, PC, and projectors

• Familiarity with early childhood education is preferred

• Experience in sales is preferred

? Job Description

1. Support business teams with sales and marketing activities to expand the customer base of GrapeSEED. Develop on-going relationships with schools to introduce the program to them. Guide schools through the process of starting the program at their school and continue to act as an account manager to ensure positive results.

2. Master an in-depth knowledge of the GrapeSEED curriculum and business model.

3. Work with sales team to research and contact potential customers. Introduce the program to school administrators and parents.

4. Account management / School support. Develop a cordial relationship with existing customers and ensure that the program is implemented successfully.

5. Present the program to school administrators and parents. Occasionally translate from English to Vietnamese for these events.

2️⃣ GRAPESEED TRAINER (Hanoi only)

? Required Skills

• English – Fluent

• A relevant university degree is required.

• At least 2 years of EFL teaching experience required.

• Experience teaching GrapeSEED is preferred.

• Taking initiative

• Excellent communication skills

• Good presenting skills

• Must be competent with MS Office, PC, and projectors

• Team-Player: Eager and able to collaborate well with others

?Job Description

1. Present our 3-day teacher training with other trainers (up to 12 training sessions per year, sometimes in Danang and HCMC).

2. Provide follow-up support for teachers and schools assigned, including class visits and watching class videos.

3. Coach teachers to improve their teaching skills.

4. Listen to interview recordings of potential teachers to make sure their English pronunciation, grammar, and communication skills are high enough to teach GrapeSEED.

GrapeSEED is an English program for children ages 3-12 being used by more than 80,000 students in 17 countries. Our program focuses on learning English naturally using the same approach as learning a first language. We partner with Kindergartens and language centers who want to see their students develop a high level of English language communication skills.

The GrapeSEED program for children was born out of more than 50 years of language teaching success by American educators in Japan. The program’s “joy of learning” philosophy has influenced many K-6th grade educational institutions throughout the world.

Enriched by the teaching experience of over four decades, the GrapeSEED team embarked on the research for the next generation language education for children. The new research, facilitated by US experts, led to the current program.

Many schools in Vietnam are seeing their students develop English communication skills through our fun and effective teaching methods. To support an increasing number of schools, we plan to expand our team in Vietnam.
