Sales Manager Responsibilities:

1. Defining and contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. (CEO or equivalent position)

2. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

3. Monitoring sales metrics, suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth.

4. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

5. Handling the full cycle of the B2B Sales process - prospecting, pitching/presenting, and closing deals.

6. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

7. Responsible for meeting sales targets, and reporting to the Sales Director frequently.


Sales Manager Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant field.

2. Experience of networking in the POS (Point of Sales) industry is an advantage.

3. Strong oral and written communication skills (in Vietnamese and English).

4. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Good organizational skills.

5. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

6. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

7. At least 3 years' worth of experience in sales B2B or equivalent positions.
