MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

We are looking for a SALES & MARKETING MANAGER who is responsible for driving sales/profitability and being an effective and efficient coordinator with outside agencies

and the internal marketing team to drive the venue’s marketing efforts on a daily basis. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for securing the event

business, establishing a presence in Hanoi’s F&B community, and

consistently networking/conducting business development activities which will lead to new source markets;

-- Prepare annual plan/budget and present to management for approval;

-- Develop and present sales targets to management for approval and

implementation.

-- Develop a social media plan;

-- Monitor social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc) for the effectiveness of posts, guest feedback, etc;

-- Present data to management regarding the effectiveness of media campaigns;

-- Reply to social media posts and guest inquiries;

-- Develop posting schedules across platforms to obtain the most viewers, likes,

shares, etc;

-- Responsible to post pictures, posters, create text in Vietnamese and English,

establish standards for posts;

-- Develop additional social media networks that are popular in Vietnam like

Foody.vn, WhatsApp, Zalo.

-- Develop event sales strategies;

-- Build a database and create relationships with hotels, agencies, chambers, and

other corporate for Events;

-- Develop Sales and Events brochure.

-- Table booking Sales – lead a team or develop relationships with nightlife and

restaurant industry for table bookings;

-- Create incentive/commission program for restaurants, table bookers, & sales.

-- Develop weekly/Monthly/Yearly Events plan (NYE, Christmas, Valentine’s

Day, etc);

-- Prepare budgets for the events, coordinate with secure sponsorships from

key suppliers;

-- Work with suppliers to create specialty events (guest bartenders, guest sake

brand events, guest chefs, etc.);

-- Responsible for marketing and execution of the events;

-- Collateral design/posters – a strategy for marketing the events.

-- Lead the design and development of collaterals;

-- Manage budgets for collateral costs and printing;

-- Monitor stock min/max.

-- Work with the graphic designer for collaterals related to events,

entertainment, sales, marketing;

-- Responsible to oversee designer for menu adjustments, special menus, etc;

-- Coordinate routine photo sessions of venue, guests, food, and drink for sales

and marketing.

-- Establish key marketing channels;

-- Present to the management marketing plan, print media plans, etc;

-- Arrange for key staff (Chef, bar manager) to join special events, competitions,

supplier arranged events, etc both in Vietnam and Internationally.

-- Work Location: Hanoi

Benefits:

-- Salary: $2000 -$3000

-- Experience in the hospitality market is a must and candidates with

restaurant/bar experience is preferred.

-- At least 3 years’ experience as Sales and Marketing Manager for a prominent

restaurant or bar and/or hotel.

-- Must be familiar with laws, regulations, and generally accepted Sales and

Marketing principles within the country.

-- Ability to work in a computer-based, multi-task environment. Must be able to

work independently with little supervision, as well as can consider, evaluate

and make sound business decisions regarding financial related questions.

-- Hands-on experience in all aspect of Sales and Marketing and willing to work

in a high-pressure environment with sales targets.

-- Experience working with consultants or agencies to develop the strategies.

-- Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organization and training.

-- Good communication and writing skills.

-- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties

that reflects highly on the Company.

-- Passionate, humble, Enthusiastic, positive attitude.

-- Bachelor and degree in a Business related field, or equivalent work experience.

-- Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.

-- Additional Languages such as Japanese a plus.
