Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
Propose and implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
Research and choose job advertising options
Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
Do salary market research
Manage and participate in job fairs and career events
Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
Support CCHR Manager on:
Updating current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for the company needs
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
Yêu cầu hồ sơ
At least 3 - 5 years experience in recruitment (Prefer candidate have experience in headhunt environment
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to organize periodical/irregular tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently on multiple concurrent initiatives
Ability to report properly and promptly.
Collaboration with colleagues and related departments.
Plan, conduct, coordinates, and implements for recruitment effectively
Proven work experience as a Recruiting Team Leader, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator
Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
Experience in managing to performance targets desired
