MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Main Duties and Key Performance Indicators:
- Act as receptionist to EuroCham
- Be in charge of incoming calls, correspondences, general emails and
welcoming visitors.
- Support and implement all administrative and secretarial works.
- Manage meeting room booking system for internal and partner meetings.
- Organize, arrange logistics and prepare equipment for meetings with relevant stake holders, arrange office supplies and administrate office service providers and contractors.
- Set-up and manage the registration/ administration system with the building
landlord for staffs and guests coming to the office.
- Support Affiliated Business Associations: receiving calls and mails, take messages.
- Recruit new partners and update from time-to-time EuroCham Discount
Partner Program.
- Ensure all office facilities are maintained to an excellent standard (environmental, health and safety management).
- Take care of the library display at reception area (CP brochures, membership application, event flyer/ promotion, etc.).
- Assist the management team with administrative work, in the execution of
projects as required from time-to-time.
- Assist in general secretarial activities, services or any other activities
assigned by Executive Director.
