- Manage all the aspects of the on-going projects including revenue growth, profitability, quality and productivity of employees and partners
- Design and execute strategies to penetrate new markets, areas or take any other action to drive growth
- Ensure total operation happens smoothly
- Coordinate all departments to ensure sure that the service fulfills customers’ requirements & satisfaction
- Keep track of financial reports, ensure the authenticity and precision of book keeping
- Report to shareholders on companies’ activities and results

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Obligatory:
- University fresh graduates of all fields to less than 3 years full-time experience
- Good English skills – IELTS of 7.0+ or equivalent
- Have experience in team leading (in jobs or extra-curricular activities)
Nice to have:
- Challenge appraisal person who works well under pressure
- Good inter-personal skills such as communication, teamwork, coaching and active listening
- Excellent problem solving and planning skills
