- Work with project manager (PM) to determine project life cycle base on Company process;
- Write procedures in a simple manner that operators can follow;
- Support all team members to follow process which be defined;
- Audit project weekly to ensuring project’s process;
- Calculate and analyze project data to create monthly metric report;
- Remind deadline for Project manager & team;
- Raise project difficult issues on project management tool;
- Follow up issues; evaluate and coordinate teams or escalate to solve the issues with highest effectiveness;
- Meeting, reporting, other support if needed or requested by managers.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- At least 1 year experience as QA in software company/ software project;
- Bachelors of Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering degree or equivalent experience;
- Have knowledge about implementation methodology such as CMMI, ITIL;
- Good command of English;
- Have CSQA, Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor certificate is a plus;
- Hard working, responsible, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
