Work closely with the Project Manager to understand the project management support required for both existing and future projects.
Administer existing project management documents and systems, assisting to write and maintain all project documentation that is currently based on MS Office suite and project management systems.
With support and inputs from the project team, use MS Project (or similar scheduling software) to prepare and maintain project programmes.
Following direction from the Project Manager, prepare and maintain project delivery schedules using contemporary tools and methods.
Prepare high-level progress and financial documentation that will provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders in a consistent format. Make recommendations for improvements when identified.
Collaborate with the finance and project teams to prepare and present relevant information for the preparation and maintenance of project budgets.
Maintain a register of skilled contractors and consultants who can be engaged for District Eight projects. This is an integration with our Purchasing and Planning teams.
Work closely with the Sales, Design, Technical and Production departments to ensure product development is timely and appropriate.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Bachelor degree on in supply chain management, logistics, accounting & auditing, business administration or International economics.
Good at English speaking and writting
Experience in Furniture manufacturing or retail highly valued
