JOB DESCRIPTIONS

•Plan, implement and manage multiple projects in Software Delivery Department.

•In charge of defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, define tasks and resource plan.

•Manage project Profit & Loss, Budget, Cost, Human Resources.

•Accountability makes project delivery successful following P&L, Timeline, Quality following company software development processes.

•Involve in pre-sales team to support Sales related to technical, project management proposal document, and support sales pitching.

•Monitor and report on project progress.

•Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Technical skills

•Bachelor in Computer Science, software engineering, or another related field.

•Theoretical and practical project management knowledge.

•Knowledge of techniques and tools.

•Experience as a project manager for at least 2 years.

•Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.

•Proficiency in project management software tools.

•Fluent English reading & speaking skills required.

•Expected OB Date: as soon as you can (please make sure to handover well your work at your current company).

Personal skills

•Honest and confident to directly work with clients.

•Be proactive in work, good teamwork ability.

•Loves to work on an innovative product and ready to learn new things.
