- Plan, build strategies, deploy and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads ...) to optimize conversion efficiency and costs (CPL, CPA, ROAS ...).
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns at each stage in the conversion funnel.
- Conduct A/B testing on content, images, target audiences and display locations to improve performance.
- Build and manage potential customer files (custom audience, lookalike, remarketing ...).
- Coordinate with content, design, and sales departments to ensure overall communication effectiveness.
- Update market trends and advertising platforms to apply to campaigns.
- Report campaign effectiveness and propose solutions to optimize advertising budgets periodically.
- Working time: 44 hours/week.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience working in the field of Performance Marketing, including at least 1 year as a Team Leader or Manager. (priority given to those who have worked in the fields of education, E-learning, English centers or similar products/services).
- Proficiency in advertising platforms: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads...
- Knowledge of tracking, measurement, and use of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel.
- Good data analysis skills, sensitive to campaign performance.
- Proactive, responsible and good teamwork skills.
