Responsibilities: The Spa Partime Cashier / Receptionist is responsible for providing guest services regarding aspects of the spa front desk including:

• Bookings: Welcome guests to Sỏi Spa, advise and arrange daily bookings; coordinate between bookings/services from guests and assigned spa therapist.

• Cashier: Responsible for correct service payment, approved expenses daily.

• Reports: Daily sales, monthly sales, daily in-out timesheet.

• Staff: report to manager any staff problem.

• Customer service: ensure guests are satisfied when leaving Sỏi Spa; find out if guests are not and offer on-time and appropriate compensation/solution. Report to manager the assigned spa therapist.

• Brand image: maintain self-image, spa look and feel.

• Sales: meet monthly sales target by maximizing service sales and maintaining high repeat customer rate.

Requirements:

• Experienced or knowledge in areas of Hospitality, Customer Service., or Spa/Beauty/Salon.

• Cashier experience is preferable. Able to work familiarly with Excel, Word and Power Point.

• Confident in communication both in Vietnamese and English.

• Interests in Spa/Beauty/Salon is preferable.

• Friendly, strong learning will power and good at self-management.

Benefits:
