MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

As Office Assistant, you guarantee the availability and quality of administrative services and office operation to ensure the satisfaction of teammates by:
Giving the best image of Decathlon Vietnam to internal (teammates) and external (customers, partners & visitors, etc.).
Maximizing the efficiency of team members by providing them the best security, office tools, facilities and services to them and their relevant customers/ partners.
Optimizing the office expenses by the best efficiency.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: In charge of Admin part in Hanoi Office of Decathlon Vietnam
Welcome guests and connect them with relevant people.
Manage the sending, receiving, and distributing of couriers, samples of the office.
Support the business trips of team members and visitors by supporting in services such as: Visa, booking, insurance…
Manage the purchase and use of stationery and office equipment (printing machines, phone, fax…).
Manage means of transport for business purpose.
Set-up the office rules, guidelines; make team members understood well about that and follow-up the practice.
Manage the office expenses, monthly debit note and payment with Finance team.
Involve in office event planning and implementation.
Control and improve the hygiene, safety and comfort of the office.
Manage the service of the office building.
Alert managers and team members about outstanding issues and advise them how to improve.
Manage suppliers with high level of demanding for the best service and efficiency.
Update the market linked to my area and advice managers the necessary changes.

YOUR PROFILE:
You practice sports.
You are excellent in English.
You have high sense of service with demanding.
You are good at communication and self-confident.
You adhere to deadlines and prioritize your actions.
You are ready to make decision and responsible for your decisions.
You have at least 1-2 years of experience in handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field.
You are a highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
