Handle customer orders by phone, social media, emails, food delivery apps and others
Own the customer experience journey, provide a WOW experience, every single time
Communicate with customers through various channels
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Manage the delivery process ( RTC drives, Grab, Now, Baemin drives etc)
Train delivery personnel on best practices
Provide ideas to improve processes, while maintaining best quality

3rd - 4th year students in university or fresh graduate students are welcome
Basic understanding of entire MS Office suite
Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
Professional level verbal and written communications skills (ENG & VN)
First 2 months on probation basis
Ability to innovate, don’t look at problems, find solutions
