NHÂN VIÊN MUA HÀNG / PURCHASING OFFICER
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
Purchasing domestic goods: Get price sending sales, Making PO/contract to suppliers, receive and deliver goods on time
Delivery closely to meet production schedule
Manage and follow up all purchasing records( PO, contracts, docs..) are up to date
Liaise with vendors to get products and service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule
Additional duties as instructed by manager from time to time
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bachelor degree, majored in Economics, Finance/Accounting, Foreign Trade, Logistic or related.
Have from 1 year of purchasing experience. Having experience in IT products retail, trading is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills
Language required : English and Vietnamese
Good at Microsoft Office
