MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

JOB SCOPE
Be responsible for providing back-office-supporting tasks to ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting daily back office operations, including secretarial and clerical tasks such as:
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquires
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
- Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and arrange the meeting room accordingly
- Ensure all merge expenses and travel expenses have approval.
- Fixed Assets management: maintain and update office’s fixed assets list
- Petty cash: to be responsible for any cash transactions (advance, pay & receive including premium, claims) and to make monthly petty cash report
- Deliver items in accordance with distribution orders;
- Process daily job work orders for company assets control;
- Other clerical tasks, such as invoices and other indexed documents according to an established system, to ensure the accuracy of premium bills in and out.
- Supporting HR matters and other office-supporting tasks, including but not limited to:
- Support for Logistics arrangement for employees in their trips, training, seminar, event participation;
- Support the logistics and organization for company's events as well as employee relation activities, i.e. Staff birthday party, year-end party, outing, company trip, top producer, long service award, ect.
- Other duties as required or assigned by the Company from time to time.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Education :
University graduate or above
Certification in Administration or HR Management would be an advantage
Experience :
Minimum 3 years in secretarial duties and office administration
Others :
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good management skills
- Sound computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
