MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1.1. Tax calculation and tax report
Prepare all tax reports (VAT, FCT, and CIT)
a. VAT
- Checking data in accounting with original document, ensure all legal invoices and supporting document
- Follow up with other parts (HR, IT, GA) for invoice adjustment, internal sales …
- VAT report input and output
b. FCT
- Choose a proper tax rate for FCT and prepare strong evidence to support the chosen tax rate
- FCT declaration and payment
c. CIT
- Quarterly estimate CIT for payment
- Year-end CIT declaration: carefully check out all non-deductible expenses, cap of employee benefit, and reconcile BS, PL and all tax finalization report to identify in time unexplained deductible expenses. All checking should be done before Dec accounting closing book
1.2. Liaise with Tax authorities
a. Tax refund
- Follow up the process of VAT refund from the beginning till the end
- Prepare all document required by tax office
- Get experience and prepare in advance the required document in daily activities
b. Tax inspection
- Support in tax inspection together with other members in FA part
c. Relationship with tax officers
- Maintain relationship with tax officers
- Attend tax training held by tax office
- Thorough thinking when talking, sharing company information with tax office
1.3. Legal and tax update
- For all new decree, circular, official letter, summarize the information related to the company, and share it in shared folder
- For new controversial cases of tax treatment, research for tax law, official letter and list them in shared folders for future reference
- Review contract regarding tax term
- Support company documentation on company's registration change: prepare document, submit to government institution
1.4. PIT and Compulsory insurance
- Support HR for PIT finalization, employee benefit counted as PIT income
- Support HR for Compulsory insurance unusual cases
- Cooperate HR about contract and compensation and benefit document
1.5. Others
- Others assignment from Part manager
- Seeking for tax consultant when needed

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Have at least 2 years experience of working in tax matters
- Degree in tax, accounting, finance or business administration
- Basic English: Reading and Writing
- Strong understanding and application of tax regulation
- Experience of tax consulting is a plus
- Experience of direct working with tax officers is a plus
- Careful, honest and hardworking
