1. Job Description
OPTICON Vietnam is searching for an Admin personnel to support OPTICON brand and work closely with suppliers outside the organization as well as cross functions in the organization (sales, trade marketing, finance, supply chain etc.). to support driving growth for OPTICON Vietnam.
2. Responsibilities
Website & blog maintenance/updating . Do research and write article (by ENG and VNE )
Preparing Purchase contracts, proceed needed paperwork for sales marketing activities…
Build relationship with communities
Send Newsletter to Distributors, Resellers and End-users
Support run event, seminar ( planning and execution )
Managing, arranging company documents, invoices,…
Manage order, shipping, delivery, stock of all products of OPTICON in & out
Stationery management
Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

4th year students or fresh-graduates, major in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
Fluent spoken and written English
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power point, Word
Good organization and planning skills
