Functions and Duties
1. Create visual and develop the brand.
- Manage and take care of customers.
- Implement on the promotion and guaranteed programmes.
- Participate in supporting social activities.
2. Research the market, develop products, expand the market.
- Organise the system to collect the information regarding products, prices and competitors.
- Evaluate the information and advise of products modification.
- Product designs and brand orientation.
- Build and develop market expansion strategies.
3. Implement marketing programmes approved by Managing Director.
- Create marketing plans as requested by Managing Director.
- Organise the implementation of marketing programmes
- Monitor, adjust and report the implementation.
4. Advise Managing Director of marketing strategies, products, customers.
- Advise Managing director regarding the brand development.
- Support other Departments to implement on the marketing programmes.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Vietnamese native with an excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English.
- The Degree of Associate / Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related field (Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, etc).
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or similar roles.
- 2+ years of experience in Advertising (Facebook, Google, Zalo,…).
- 2+ years of experience in SEO/SEM.
- Experience with B2B social media, Facebook ads, Google Ads, email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools and web analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of designing and design software (Photoshop, AI..etc)
- Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Proven experiences in creative content writing is a plus but not compulsory.
- Analytical mind-set and critical thinking.
- Demonstrates a "Can Do” Attitude.
- Open-minded with a great teamwork spirit and highly responsible
