Job Nature: Intern

Location: HCM Office

Position: Intern

Salary: VND 3,000,000

Mission:

The core mission of the Intern is to be a business extension of the Chief. The goal of the Chief is to make sure works that involve the Chief get done on time and to the quality required with proper documentation of the work in place. The Intern are also expected to be able to accomplish task assign by the Chief.

Accountabilities:

- Work Turnover time: Provide feedback on a half-day cycle

- Deadline: 80% deadline met

- Work return: Less than 10% work need redo

- Documentation:

+ 100% meeting, coversation is recorded in written form.

+ Documentation are logical, on time and easy to access

Notes:

Work Turnover time: Base on date of email from Chief and the email reply

Deadline: deadlines that the Intern is assigned to monitor are count toward their own deadline.

Work return: Base on email from Chief request a redo
