WE ARE HIRING THE MARKETING SPECIALIST

? Main Responsibilities

• Planning, developing and implementing the 2021 marketing plan using both digital and traditional marketing methods

• Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications

• Collaborate with Business Development Manager and Managing Director in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

• Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

• Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion.

✅ Digital Marketing

• Content Developing: creating attractive content to the target audience in a regular basis.

• Web administration: update company’s news, PR blogs, Workshop images to Website

• Social media: support in developing & managing company social media channel (Facebook, LinkedIN, Youtube)

• Email Marketing: create innovative idea to catch customer attention

• Other digital marketing tools: Google adword, Google display network, SEO, sms marketing.

✅ Traditional Marketing

• Planning and implementing effective PR, marketing communication campaigns and promotional events.

• Graphic design: Generating ideas and designing marketing banners, brochures, flyers, standees.

• Writing copy for all marketing materials, including brochures, letters, press releases, emails, video ...

• Event Organizing: organizing and supporting in company workshops, marketing events.

• Support other departments

? Required Skills/Experience:

- Minimum of two year experience in a similar role

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Fluent English (both written and oral forms)

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Must have experience using a wide range of digital and traditional marketing tools/methods

- Familiarity with social media and web analytics

- Good at Graphic Design Skill e.g Photoshop, AI

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience working in a marketing role in the education sector would be advantages
