We're looking for Marketing Manager

ROLE:

•To work as a Marketing Manager to oversee all Marketing Strategy, PR & Digital Content for an Acting & Public Speaking School.

•To work directly under the Co-Founder/ Director of Acting School, under the strategy and guidance of Marketing Director of Corporation company, and work in cooperation with Academy Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To create and develop all Marketing, PR & DC related activities and plan to promote and push the brand awareness of the Acting School and increase student registration count to reach business goals set in P& L plan.

• To create content strategy plan for Acting/ Film-making/ Directing/ Public

Speaking/ Human Emotions and Behaviors related content on FB/ Instagram/ Academy Website

• To create content & presentations and quote proposals for special group classes, performing arts camps, acting workshops & public speaking appearances.

• To plan, coordinate & invite industry guests, filmmakers, actors & parents to industry showcases, events & workshops.

• To oversee and lead the Social Media executive to create, write, publish social media content for FB/ Instagram/ Website.

• To oversee all content and seeding schedule of Social Media Executive.

• To write copy, create & translate content for PowerPoint presentation/ Brochure/ Curriculum/ Press Releases/ Promotional Materials/ Website as needed.

• To oversee Editor/ Cameraman to deliver promotional videos & photos according to Marketing/ PR & Digital content plan

• To have access and relationships to industry network to invite to our seminars, workshops, events and classes

� Requirements:

• 3-4 year experience in this field of Marketing/ PR/ Copy Writer/ Acting School/ Education /Filmmaking/ Social Media/ PR

• Word/ PowerPoint/ Excel- intermediate-advanced skilled.

• Bilingual, Strong in Verbal/ Written in both Vietnamese and English

• Great communication and presentation skills

• Great at Multitasking and Project Management Skills

• Ability to lead & manage, take initiative, be open minded, to improve, to work as team.

• Strong interest in Social Media/ PR/ Filmmaking/ Acting/ Education

• Strong, Creative passionate writer with good taste, bilingual copywriter, intermediate-advanced level of writing.

• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

• Have wide industry network and access to Filmmakers/ Actors/ Casting/ Schools

• Some experience in Graphic Design/ Layout Presentation would be desirable.

• Additional experience/ basic knowledge in adobe photoshop, illustrator, video editing (Final Cut Pro/ Adobe Premiere) and Photography is desirable.
