JOB OPPORTUNITY - MARKETING LEADER

TheBlueTshirt is searching for an excellent Marketer who is responsible for building and scaling our company’s brand, physical products, creating great brand experiences, and community.

The ideal candidate will be a top-notch creative and strategic thinker to help brands achieve business performance and do things never before done while maintaining what the brand is.

- Develop integrated marketing plans, creating marketing campaigns, and manage them across all platforms.

- Coordinate marketing functions for our brand.

- Develop new brand marketing strategies and work with your team to execute those ideas.

- Develop new ways to distribute content through new media channels and owned channels.

- Bring creative ideas into life.

- Organize events, promotional activities

- Working in close partnership with cross-functional teams.

- Building and putting the community in front and center.

- Updating database, manage customer relationship

- Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics

- Monitoring performance.

- Develop an e-commerce platform, manage, and execute digital ads.

- Manage budget and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.

- Partner with other brand team leads, product marketing leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across.
