Marketing and Communication Manager (Local Only)

Job Description:

- Proactively develop and implement tactical plans to promote the hotel and thereby support the sales effort for both rooms and F&B outlets.

- Ensure that the hotel’s product image is professionally reflected in all communications with current and potential future guests, business partner, the media and within the local community.

- Develop and maintain relationship with key contacts in the local media scene.

- Demonstrate effective selling techniques in promoting Hotel products and services.

- Resolve any issues, complaints and/or problems to ensure quality deliver and client satisfaction.

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a professional and positive manner in order to solicit business, meet client needs and resolve complaints.

- Monitor the hotel’s visibility on the internet and drive efforts to improve it.

- Maintain accurate and timely internal hotel communications in a positive and constructive spirit at all times.

Requirements:

- At least two years of related professional experience
