MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Responsible for leading the sales team to achieve the sales objectives/targets for the assigned sales channel.
- Develop and implement sales processes and strategies for assigned customers to ensure achievement of goals.
- Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins and the most profitable for the company
- Liaise closely with customers for proper sales forecasting and manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts.
- Building good relationship with customers to maintain and develop the merchandising status according to the number of facing, eye level, cheapest rental position in order to boost the company product visibility.
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution
- Co-ordinate with Accounting Department and review collection all due account receivables granted to customers, plan the collection of these accounts on due dates and reviews action plans for the immediate collection of all overdue accounts in order to protect the financial interests of the company.
- Monitor team key performance indicators achievement. Conduct regular reviews to provide feedback on achievements, performance gaps and requirements for improvement
- Staff Management: Coaching/Training new staffs, maintaining company’s regulations/rules.
- Undertake other tasks requested by Group Key Account Manager

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- University Degree or above
- 4-5 years experience in managerial position in E-commerce, FMCG business, prefer candidates have experience at the same position
- Selling skill, Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
- Controlling and responsible for all activities in E-commerce team
- Authorized to check all relevant documents/reports for that MT team is responsible.
- Authorized to represent Sales Director to work with customers and giving any conclusions/decision under supervision of Regional Sales Director
- Good verbal and written communications skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Computer literacy (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
- Work efficiently and effectively as an individual and in team
- Able to work under high pressure
- Leadership skills
