- Report to the Head of Sales

- Be part of the Sales team under MoveUp.app, with full participation in the sales process and in regular contact with our clients for acquisition and sales.

- Deliver Weekly monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and achievement. - Produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis​.

- Prospect and contact potential customers

-D​evelop & deliver professional sales presentations through effective technical presentations & demonstrations

- Make telephone cold calls to potential customers to identify current IT services & determine interest in MoveUp.app. Set-up onsite presentations as needed.

Qualifications

- EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Sales or Marketing

- EXPERIENCE: Two years of demonstrated outside sales experience selling software systems, training/ coaching programs, events, or HR products and services.

- General management experience is essential.

- Ability to work independently

- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment

- Able to deliver the highest standards of customer service.

- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including excellent time

management and organizational skills, people management, leadership, and

both written and verbal communication skills​.

- Basic understanding of Microsoft products including Word, Powerpoint &

Excel programs

- Excellent presentation skills including being able to speak in front of large

groups

- Excellent time management & self-management skills
