- Archive target of Retail department
- Oversee procurement shipment from Japan to ensure quality products deliver to Vietnam
- Estimate requirements and order products. Ensures availability of merchandise and services; maintaining inventories.
- Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; studying trends.
- Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans;
- Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
- Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Ensure employees are upholding the highest standards of product quality in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Operate relevant equipment in a safe and productive manner. Assure all employees observe appropriate safety precautions
- Other duties, projects, tasks as instructed by the management.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Qualifications: University degree or above in economic or related major
- Language: Fluency in English, Japanese is advantage
- Experience at least 3 years as a Store Manager, referably in a retail food products environment, or equivalent senior management experience
- Have experience in Export and Import
- Have good communication skills, capable of convincing and negotiating with clients, sales planning, display and sales products.
- Have teamwork skill, have ability to manage, training and arrange jobs for employees to ensure the completion of the rest targets.
- Attitude: Honest, energetic, enthusiastic at work, have disciplined and tolerant of sales pressure.
