Conduct primary & secondary market research of specific industries and sectors in Vietnam and other nations
Prepare business plans, analysis reports & presentations of specific companies & projects, especially in real estate sector
Build and maintain the valuation financial model of companies & projects, especially in real estate sector
Perform necessary due diligence on potential investments
Gather and update database of industries, real estate and infrastructure projects
Maintain the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality at all times
Assist in other tasks assigned by manager

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Real estate experience is preferable
Expert in Microsoft Office, especially building financial models in Excel
Ability to work under pressure & multitask skills
Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication and networking skills
Ability to prepare reports with logical data, information, structure and format
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Proactive, takes initiative to drive and complete projects
