• Preparing monthly report on inventory account in the line with managerial requirement of company;
• Receiving document from purchasing department and outlet for stock in material and tools.
• Following daily stock in – stock out at the store.
• Stock out for testing program, cancel material which is broken or damaged during operation.
• Moving inventory around outlets.
• Reconcile account payable with supplier
• Managing inventory account in the line with inventory management policy in related periods;
• Compare quantity inventory stock out for selling and revenue receiving. If It is different, preparing mistake report to deduct salary.
• Extract inventory ending balance every store and transfer to material expense count cost of goods sold.
• Reconcile ending balance detail book and general ledger.
• Storing those document in the line with company rules;
• Carrying out other works as appointed by Chief Accountant in related period.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

University/college degree in Financial & accounting.
6 months or 1 year of experience in inventory accounting,
Experience in using accounting system.
Knowledge of financial and accounting
Basic English, Good in MS office (Word, Excel) and accounting system
